We, as a culture, sometimes want to see homelessness as a personal failure ignoring the need to acknowledge the systems that are at work. In this conversation we discuss what "housing first" means and why it works, as well as the importance of trauma informed care, the ongoing realities of the impact of racism on housing and what it means to lead with generosity.
